When will I receive my video?

Within 5 business days, usually within a few days. I'll send the video (and also a PDF file) to your email once it's ready!

What do I need to submit?

Just basic information about your preferences. You can see the form by clicking the order buttons before you have to pay.

What exactly will I receive?

You'll receive one custom made video similar to the example on this page and also a PDF file with the itinerary in text and image format.

Are free revisions included?

I'll make one revision for free if there's something you'd like us to change about it.

Is there a refund policy?

I guarantee a refund if I fail to deliver the work, or it's not as described on this page. But don't worry, I'm careful and always aim to overdeliver! Due to the custom made nature of the service, I can't offer a refund simply if you don't like the itinerary.

Can I order from any country, any currency?

Yes, you can order this service from any country. The price is in USD, but the checkout page will show the currency in your local currency, and you can complete the payment even if your payment method is in different currency. It will be converted automatically without any fees.

How to pay, what methods?

Once you fill in the form, you'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page. There, you'll be able to pay with all major Credit / Debit cards, Apple & Google Pay and other payment methods depending on your country.
